Foundation Wall Crack Injection
Using low-pressure application, achieve either a flexible and waterproof, or structural and waterproof crack repair.
Polyurethane
Cures to a tough but flexible foam to block water from penetrating. For use when structural integrity is not a concern and seasonal flexing of the wall is expected. Available in low and medium viscosities depending on crack width.
Epoxy Resin
Structural grade, best used when there is no future movement in the foundation. Epoxy injection restores strength to the fracture and prevents future leaks. Available in various viscosities depending on crack width.
Carbon Fiber Structural Reinforcement
Lightweight uni-directional or heavier bi-directional fabric. Bond to concrete using epoxy resin to reinforce walls, wrap corners and pillars, or prevent a crack from widening.
Epoxy Paste
Structural and non-structural pastes for patching, anchoring and surface seal for crack injection.
Perimeter Floor Drain
Install before re-pouring the floor. Cove Plate or Hydro Channel will direct water into your drain and sump-pump system.
Void Fill
Aggressively expanding rigid foam for use in larger voids behind tie-back plates, under slabs, or outside foundation walls.
